I called Borg3of3 “gutless, spineless and an anonymous coward” on SFI-L. I got placed on Moderated status. Without a warning. The Moderator says I was warned over a week ago for posting on a closed topic. He assumes that warning, and the copy of the rules he sent me, should have covered it.

I do not agree. I should get a warning first for this offense. Opinions?
